Wine culture and Civilization center

The new emblematic project of Bordeaux : the opening in 2015 of a Cultural and Touristic Wine Center which will takes place at the Bassins à Flots in Bordeaux.

The main assignment of the Cultural and Touristic Center of the Wine is to share this culture to everybody. That's why the authorities recognize this Center like a general interest project. To ensure this assignment, a Wine culture and Civilization foundation will be created and will be managed by the Cultural and Touristic Center of the Wine.

A unique positioning
The Cultural and Touristic Wine Centre would be not a museum or a theme park. Indeed, it would not have a permanent collections exhibition and also not entertainment activities, but it is a mix of twice in one place.
Transmit knowledge through playful and interactive way, learn slowly for younger and more hardly for usual connoisseurs and discover from their own feelings. Those are the main principles of Cultural and Touristic Wine Centre.
Visitors would share their emotions, sensations and dreams in themes such as history, geography, oenology, culture and art around wine.

Wine is a huge part of our patrimony in France but also in the other countries. It's a product which corporate people, it's a real culture.
